From pop-up lunches to wellness resets, new weekly activations are bringing energy to the building in simple but meaningful ways.
Food Truck Fridays have become a midday favorite, offering rotating options from local vendors right outside the atrium doors.
A recent Ice Cream Social, complete with a specialty churro and ice cream truck, offered tenants a sweet break and a chance to connect.

The newly launched Education Series | Summer 2025 Edition kicked off with a session on digital strategy and content capture, led by Olivia Bibbee of Elsewhere Social Media Services. Designed with creatives and brands in mind, this ongoing series brings practical insight to the evolving intersection of design and media.
Earlier this summer, Student Day welcomed aspiring designers from local programs for an inside look at the campus, complete with showroom tours and interactive workshops. And CEU Day returned with accredited sessions hosted by leading brands, reinforcing DCOTA’s role as a place where professionals come to learn, grow, and stay ahead.
