Summer Education Series Kicks Off with Strategic Insights on Social Media

Our Summer Education Series is officially underway, and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to kick things off!

In our first session, we welcomed Olivia Bibbee of Elsewhere Social Media Services for a workshop on Social Media Strategy & Impactful Content Capture. With years of experience guiding brands through the ever-changing digital landscape, Olivia brought practical advice and strategic clarity to an often overwhelming topic.

The session focused on building a thoughtful, repeatable content strategy rather than chasing trends. Attendees walked away with powerful reminders, including:

  • Virality is a fluke, not a formula. While it may seem like going viral is the ultimate goal, sustainable growth comes from consistent, strategic content, not one-off moments of internet fame.

  • Preparation matters. Before you ever hit “post,” take time to conduct a competitor analysis, perform a brand audit, develop content pillars, and define your audience personas. The work you do upfront is what makes your content resonate.

  • Consistency > Perfection. Instead of aiming for polished perfection in every post, focus on building a system you can stick to; one that’s achievable, repeatable, and aligned with your brand voice.

This session brought together designers, showroom managers, creatives, and entrepreneurs across industries, all eager to learn how to better connect with their audiences online.
