A Morning of Creative Vision: Rebecca Minkoff Takes the Stage
The day opened with “The Power of Vision — A Conversation with Rebecca Minkoff,” an intimate keynote featuring celebrated fashion designer, entrepreneur, and author Rebecca Minkoff in dialogue with interior design media host Alena Capra.
The duo explored the inspirations and influences behind Rebecca’s evolution from emerging designer to global lifestyle brand. Attendees gained rare insight into the experiences, values, and creative philosophies that continue to fuel her work across fashion, interiors, and entrepreneurship, including a peek into some of the stories shared in her recent book, “Fearless.”
After the keynote, guests joined Rebecca at Scavolini for a special book signing and reception, continuing the conversation over light bites and mingling with fellow industry leaders.

In the afternoon, attention shifted north with “Beyond the Gates: The New Language of Palm Beach Design.”

Design Disasters & Lessons Learned: Navigating the Pitfalls of Projects
Interior designers Anel De Castro and Laetitia Laurent, moderated by freelance journalist Erica Corsano, shared real-world challenges from missteps to unforeseen setbacks — and the lessons that ultimately strengthened their work. The session offered actionable strategies and fresh perspectives for avoiding common pitfalls and was held inside the Wired Custom Lighting showroom.
The Future of Color: Trends Shaping Residential Design
Led by Ruenna Villaflores-Diaz of Sherwin-Williams inside the Crestron showroom, this session explored the palettes set to define 2026 and beyond. Frosted tints, restorative darks, sunbaked hues, and complex neutrals took center stage as Ruenna unpacked the science, mood, and inspiration behind next year’s emerging color stories.
