Position Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Designer with a strong background in Architecture or Interior Design and proven sales experience to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in both creative design and client relationship management. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and skilled in creating tailored solutions that align with our clients’ vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to design customized kitchens, closets, and bathrooms.
  • Understand client needs, preferences, and aspirations to create functional, innovative design proposals.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from client acquisition to project completion.
  • Manage client relationships with consistent communication and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct site visits to take final measurements and verify specifications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, project managers, and installers) to ensure flawless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain new and existing business relationships.
  • Prospect, identify, and follow up on new sales opportunities.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of strategies to increase sales and brand visibility.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and present solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Attend networking events and represent the brand in professional settings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience, ideally in the design, architecture, or cabinetry industries.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Kitchen Draw) and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot).
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for site visits).
  • A client-first mindset with a passion for creating dream spaces.

Additional Information:

  • Our showroom operates Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, and by appointment on Saturdays.
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees only and are not paid out upon termination.
